A majority of services offered over email, phone, and in-person will be unavailable on either Sunday, June 19 or Monday, June 20 in observance of Juneteenth.
On Sunday, June 19:

◼️ Multnomah County Animal Services will be closed (with exception of Emergency Services 503- 988-7387)
On Monday, June 20:
◼️ Multnomah County Health Department clinics and telemedicine services will be closed/unavailable
◼️ Multnomah County Division of Recording, Assessment, and Taxation in-person, email, chat, and phone services will be closed/unavailable
◼️ Multnomah County Library administrative offices will be closed
◼️ Multnomah County Elections Office will be closed
◼️ Multnomah County Library branches will be open
◼️ Multnomah County Animal Services will be open
Normal business hours will resume Countywide on Tuesday, June 21 but please contact respective departments and divisions for their visiting in-person protocols.
