Pandemic Response Final Report

This report summarizes findings from an evaluation of the impacts of COVID-19 on the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice (DCJ). The Research and Planning (RAP) team gathered the perspectives and experiences of DCJ staff, DCJ justice-involved individuals (JIIs), survivors of violence, and external providers who work with DCJ JIIs and survivors/victims. Information was gathered over 11 months (April 2020 through February 2021) and incorporated input from the Adult Services Division, Juvenile Services Division, and Director’s Office.
