LPSCC Executive Committee generally meets from 7:30 am to 9:00 am on the first Tuesday of the month - exceptions are noted in bold below. Meetings are held in the room 315 of the Multnomah Building at 501 SE Hawthorne, unless otherwise noted.

LPSCC Public Safety Analyst Matt O'Keef and LPSCC Research Assistant Lauren Brown presented a special analysis of public safety. Commissioner Deborah Kafoury, Join Executive Director Marc Jolin, and Portland Police Captain Sara Westbrook presented the Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness.

Most of the meeting was devoted to discussions of (1) the future directions and the scope of work of LPSCC's Youth & Gang Violence Steering Committee and (2) developments at the state legislature regarding justice reinvestment legislation that resulted from the work of the Governor's Commission on Public Safety and the implications of that legislation for Multnomah County.

DCJ Director Scott Taylor presented the Multnomah County Community Corrections Plan.
