Why did you join MYC?I knew joining the Multnomah Youth Commission would be the right choice because I started to notice the struggles that youth face in our community and society, and I wanted to use my voice and speak out for those who can't.
What is one goal you have for next year in MYC? One goal I have for the next year is to expose myself to more politics as well as further strengthen my public speaking and advocacy skills. I want to be able to share my understanding of complex topics, listen to other people's points of view, and act as an ambassador for new youth commissioners.
