Why did you join the MYC?: I had the opportunity of meeting MYC commissioners at a youth organizer job for Cogar owens greene, and they suggested I should apply. I like the idea of helping the world became just, efficient and a place where people can be happy, so a youth council for Portland sounds like the right step.
What is one goal you have for the next year on the MYC?: I want to make an alternative curriculum and strong recommendations to Portland Public Schools.
