Tree removal work to continue on N.E. Latourell Road

N.E. Latourell Road will remain closed overnight as work to remove a fallen tree continues Wednesday, January 18th. Contracting crews will finish cutting the tree and removing it on the east side of the bridge. The road is scheduled to reopen Wednesday afternoon. The closure is near the new bridge between N.E. Falls Street and East Historic Columbia River Highway. Residents who live in the area can use N.E. Latourell Road west of the closed section as a detour to the Historic Columbia River Highway.  Multnomah County maintains 269 miles of roads. For information, visit: /roads.
