Please file two 2024 Business Personal Property Return (113.6 KB) annually - one for the moorages ramps/walkways/etc., AND a second one for the business personal property of the moorage.
Additionally, owners must also report any moorage-owned floating homes, boat houses, floating offices, etc.
Upland areas and associated improvements are assessed as real property. We mail property tax statements in the fall.
