Expect more bridge lifts during Fleet Week

On Friday, May 26 the Hawthorne and Morrison bridges will close to all motorized vehicles from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. for the Portland Rose Festival fireworks show.
Starting Wednesday, May 17 at 7 a.m. the Broadway, Burnside, Morrison and Hawthorne bridges will be staffed 24-7 due to high river levels.
There will be impacts to traffic during the month of May for ongoing paint project work on the Morrison Bridge.
On Saturday, April 29th from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 30th expect traffic delays on the Hawthorne Bridge for a filming event.
The Bridge to Brews race event this Sunday, April 23 will impact traffic on several bridges maintained by Multnomah County.
Upcoming paint project work will impact traffic on the Morrison Bridge.
On Saturday, February 25 there will be several bridge lifts from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. for continued work on the Morrison Paint Project.
The contractor on the Morrison Paint Project was able to cancel two upcoming bridge closures.
The Morrison Bridge will close to traffic including all motorized vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians on two weekends in February and one weekend in early March.
On Friday, February 10th starting at 10 p.m. the Morrison Bridge will close to traffic including all motorized vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians.
On Monday Jan. 30 and Tuesday, Jan. 31, sidewalks on the Sellwood Bridge will be closed for inspection work.
