Allie joined the Operations section as a Senior Analyst in June 2023. Allie’s commitment to Emergency Management was ignited during Hurricane Katrina, leading her to enlist in numerous volunteer engagements to increase her knowledge and experience in Emergency Management. Former certifications include Wilderness First Responder, Multnomah County Search and Rescue, and Clackamas CERT. She completed the CERT Train the Trainer program to pass her knowledge onto others. She trained with the American Red Cross, WWOOFer program, and is a current member of the Clackamas Preparedness Council. She’s excited to bring her corporate experience of training and exercise development to the Senior Analyst role for Multnomah County.
Allie will co-pilot Multnomah County’s development, coordination, and implementation of MCEM Training and Exercise program and follow up with After Action Reports, Improvement Plans, and training programs for staff and community partners.
Allie has a Bachelors in Planning Public Policy and Management with Minors in Historic Preservation and Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon, and an Associates Degree in Emergency Management from PCC.
