Good news! Patients of Health Department clinics can now view and pay bills online.
For the first time ever, you can now use your MyChart account to:
- View and pay your bill
- Make a payment on a patient’s behalf
- Find out what was billed to insurance
Available at our primary care clinics, the HIV Health Services Center, Student Health Centers (no out-of-pocket cost), and the STI Clinic.

- Log in to MyChart
- Make a guest payment (You will need the patient’s last name and account number)
Multnomah County Health Department clinics offer low- and no-cost services. We will bill your insurance if you have it. If there’s a cost for services, we will give you an estimate ahead of time.
