Are you an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) interested in joining a 12-month, post-graduate, precepted training program within the Primary Care setting?

Consider Multnomah County Health Center's APC Fellowship Program. Work as a member of a primary care team providing high quality, patient-centered care with an organization that prioritizes leading with race and addressing health inequities.

Fellows will receive:

  • Paid position, with benefits
  • Extra support and structured training to gain confidence and expertise in providing care to our diverse communities 
  • Weekly cohort sessions with experienced providers who lead didactic and clinical skill discussions 
  • Share cases with experienced providers
  • Extended onboarding program with a gradual increase in patient visits to assist in a smooth transition to practice 
  • Care teams include Integrated Behavioral Health practitioners, community health workers, clinical pharmacists, and dental providers
  • Structured clinical experiences to the top of the NP and PA scope of practice
    • Full scope primary care
    • Chronic disease management
    • Prenatal Care
    • Substance Use Disorder 
    • Mental Health
    • Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine - School based health
    • Women’s health including LARC placement
