Create a new account
1. Go to www.wichealth.org
2. Click on Sign Up
3. Follow the instructions to Create an Account
- Select Language – English or Spanish
- Select state – Oregon
- Create a username
- Enter your email
- Create a password (6-14 characters, including at least one capital letter, lower case letter, number and special character)
- Select a security question and answer. The answer is case-sensitive.
- Save this information
4. Click Register
If you forget your password, username or both
1. Go to www.wichealth.org
2. Click on Trouble signing in? located below the Log-In and Sign Up buttons.
If you know the email you signed up with
- Type in the email you registered your account with and click Submit.
- Type in the answer to your security question and click Submit.
- An email will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password.
- Open the email and click the link.
- When the link opens, enter your new password and click "Reset Password".
- Your password has been updated.
If you don't know the email you signed up with, use WIC ID
- If you don’t know the email you signed up with, click Trouble signing in? and then click Email Not Working.
- Select Oregon in the state dropdown list.
- Type in your WIC ID and click Next. You can find your WIC ID on the back of your WIC card.
- Type in the answer to your security question (the answer is case sensitive) and click Submit.
- Your username will be displayed on the screen. Write it down and save it.
- If you need to reset your password, type in and confirm a new password to use and click Reset Password.
- Your password has been updated.
If these suggestions do not help, click on the “Help” Button at the bottom of the page and someone from WIC Health will contact you within 24-48 hours.
Creando una cuenta nueva 
1. Vaya a www.wichealth.org.
2. Haga clic en Inscríbase.
3. Siga las instrucciones para Crear una cuenta.
- Seleccione el idioma - Inglés o español
- Seleccione el estado - Oregon
- Cree su nombre de usuario
- Ingrese su correo electrónico
- Cree una contraseña (de 6 a 14 caracteres, incluyendo al menos una letra mayúscula, minúscula, número y carácter especial)
- Seleccione una pregunta de seguridad y una respuesta. La respuesta distingue entre mayúsculas y minúsculas.
- Guarde esta información
4. Haga clic en Registrarse.
Si olvida su nombre de usuario, contraseña o ambos, complete los siguientes pasos: 
1. Vaya a www.wichealth.org para iniciar sesión
2. Haga clic en ¿Tiene problemas iniciando la sesión? ubicado debajo de los botones Iniciar Sesión e Inscríbase.
Restablezca su contraseña con su correo electrónico:
- Escriba el correo electrónico cuando se le solicite y haga clic en Enviar.
- Escriba la respuesta a su pregunta de seguridad y haga clic en Enviar.
- Se enviará un correo electrónico a su dirección de correo electrónico con un enlace para restablecer su contraseña. Abra el correo electrónico y haga clic en el enlace.
- Cuando se abra el enlace, ingrese su nueva contraseña y haga clic en Restablecer contraseña.
- Su contraseña ahora se ha actualizado.
Restablezca su contraseña o localice su nombre de usuario con su número de WIC. 
- Si no conoce el correo electrónico con el que se registró, haga clic donde dice ¿el correo electrónico no funciono? (Vea la imagen )
- Seleccione Oregon en la lista desplegable del estado.
- Escriba su número de WIC y haga clic en Siguiente.
- Escriba la respuesta a su pregunta de seguridad y haga clic en Enviar.
- Su nombre de usuario se mostrará en la pantalla. Escríbalo y guárdelo.
- Escriba y confirme una nueva contraseña para usar y haga clic en Restablecer contraseña
- Tu contraseña ahora se ha actualizado.
Si estas sugerencias no le ayudan, haga clic en el botón "Ayuda" en la parte inferior de la página y alguien de WIC Health se comunicará con usted en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas.
