School districts, including Parkrose, should establish a seamless transition for students, parents and the community as children progress to their goal of high school graduation. Communication between elementary and middle school as well as high school would provide for consistent curriculum and advancement. District wide calendars, compatible schedules and increased interaction between staff, schools and students would support a cohesive learning environment.
