Online Access for Overseas Voters
Due to security issues, overseas voters in the following countries (list below) will not be able to access the Oregon Secretary of State's online registration system to register or update their registration and overseas voters will also not be able access their ballot online or voters guide. Please note, voters with VPN may be able to access My Vote. Any questions, please contact Multnomah County Elections at elections@multco.us.

Overseas voters in these countries listed above who wish to register or update their registration will need to fill out the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), print it out, sign it, scan the registration card and then email it to elections@multco.us

Overseas voters located in any of these countries listed above who wish to access their ballot online will need to request a ballot packet be emailed to them. Requests should be emailed to elections@multco.us.
