You must register your business with Multnomah County and submit a Land Use Compatibility Statement in order to get a state permit for your marijuana business.
Individuals, organizations, agencies, and/or businesses may request Multnomah County to provide copies of public records.
Other land use agencies in and around Multnomah County, including links for city planning, building permits, sewage disposal and septic systems.
When you apply for a building permit in unincorporated parts of the county, the city will refer you to us to submit your building plan. We will review it for compliance with zoning rules.
A LUCS is a statement that tells a partner agency what land use requirements the county has for a project. The details of a LUCS vary by agency.
A Pre-Filing Meeting is required before submitting a Type II application. A Pre-Application Meeting is required before submitting a Type III application
A Type I Application is submitted for proposals that do not require discretion in order to approve the application.
A Type II or III Application is submitted for proposals that allow discretion in reviewing the standards that apply.
